Common activities of European Quartet in 2005

It was agreed that the following tasks should be performed within the joint tourist promotion activities of the V-4 region held by the European Quartet members:

Task 1 - joint presentation and booth at tourist fairs: ITME Chicago(USA), JATA Yokohama (Japan),CITM Kunming (China) and ABAV Rio de Janeiro (Brazil);

Task 2 - joint promotional website in English, Japanese, Chinese and Portuguese;

Task 3 - editing of the promotional brochure with a map of the region;

Task 4 - preparation of a promotional film on the region;

Task 5 - elaboration of a joint promotional slogan and its design;

Task 6 - promotion of identical tourist products - historical towns, UNESCO objects and spas;

Task 7 - Road shows in North America, Japan, China and Brazil - in 2004;

Task 8 - Study visits to the region;

Task 9 - Exchange of marketing statistic data;

Task 10 - Joint market research;
